An ICS calendar, also called an iCal link, is a web address that other calendar apps can read to see which dates are booked. Airbnb, VRBO, and Google each publish one for your listing.
It reads the booking calendars you already have and combines them into one calendar you can follow from your phone or computer. Your calendars on the booking sites are not changed.
No. CalBook only reads your calendars. It never creates, changes, or cancels a booking on a booking site.
Yes. Connect each property's calendars once, and CalBook shows every property together in one daily view.
Yes. It merges that property's Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com calendars into a single feed.
STR Daily Calendar shows every property you manage in one daily view. OTA Calendar Sync merges one property's booking site calendars into a single feed. BookMe lets people book your open time directly.
Check-in means a guest arrives that day. Stay means a guest is partway through a trip. Checkout means a guest leaves. Turn means one guest leaves and another arrives on the same day.
They show which site the booking came from. A is Airbnb, V is VRBO, and B is Booking.com.
That day is shown as a Turn, with the checkout and the new check-in both visible. It is a same-day turnover, not a double booking.
In Airbnb, open Listings, pick the listing, then go to Calendar → Availability → Connect calendars → Export Calendar and copy the link. Airbnb gives one link per listing, so copy each listing separately.
In your VRBO owner dashboard, go to Calendar → Export Calendar and copy the iCal link.
In Airbnb, open Listings, pick the listing, then go to Calendar → Availability → Connect calendars → Import Calendar. Paste the link and give it a name.
In your VRBO owner dashboard, go to Calendar → Import Calendar and paste the link.
Yes. Export the link from each site, import it into the other, and a booking on one will block those dates on the other.
You still have to check each site separately, because neither one becomes a single combined calendar.
Yes. Connect your booking sites to CalBook once, and you get one combined calendar to follow in Google Calendar, Outlook, or your phone.
Use the "All except" export link for that site. It leaves out that site's own bookings so it does not re-import them.
Your connected calendars are checked at least every 5 minutes, so new bookings appear automatically.
Copy the "Full" link from Export Links, then add it to the calendar you check every day using its "subscribe by URL" option.
On a computer, open Google Calendar. Next to "Other calendars", click the plus, choose "From URL", paste the link, and click "Add calendar".
Yes. You can create extra named links and send them by email, each limited to the properties, dates, or days of the week you choose.
