What do the letters A, V, and B mean on a calendar entry?

They show which site the booking came from. A is Airbnb, V is VRBO, and B is Booking.com.
What happens when two bookings fall on the same day?

That day is shown as a Turn, with the checkout and the new check-in both visible. It is a same-day turnover, not a double booking.
Where do I find my Airbnb calendar link?

Your connected calendars are checked at least every 5 minutes, so new bookings appear automatically.
