What do the letters A, V, and B mean on a calendar entry?

They show which site the booking came from. A is Airbnb, V is VRBO, and B is Booking.com.
What happens when two bookings fall on the same day?

That day is shown as a Turn, with the checkout and the new check-in both visible. It is a same-day turnover, not a double booking.
Where do I find my Airbnb calendar link?

In Airbnb, open Listings, pick the listing, then go to Calendar → Availability → Connect calendars → Export Calendar and copy the link. Airbnb gives one link per listing, so copy each listing separately.

Can I see all my bookings in one calendar instead?

Yes. Connect your booking sites to CalBook once, and you get one combined calendar to follow in Google Calendar, Outlook, or your phone.
How do I sync my combined calendar back into Airbnb or VRBO?

Use the "All except" export link for that site. It leaves out that site's own bookings so it does not re-import them.
How often does my calendar update?

Your connected calendars are checked at least every 5 minutes, so new bookings appear automatically.

Copy the "Full" link from Export Links, then add it to the calendar you check every day using its "subscribe by URL" option.
